Those who rent a cabin on the lake and have an annual state or tourist state fishing license, two licensed anglers can fish on the lake without an extra charge during the cabin rental period! Additional ticket purchases are also available.

During fish warden inspection, the fish warden has the right to enter owned or rented cabins and check the contents of the refrigerator/freezer, upon departure, may request vehicle inspection at the lake’s entry and exit roads, which the angler is obliged to comply with!
COOKING OR GRILLING (WITH GAS OR CHARCOAL) ON THE CABIN, THE CABIN’S PIER IS FORBIDDEN!
THIS APPLIES TO OWNED OR RENTED STRUCTURES ALIKE!
SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN OPEN AIR, FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE CABIN! THE SMOKE SMELL REMAINS EVEN AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE, THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FURTHER BOOKINGS FROM YOU.
Tickets for the entire duration are issued at once, not in parts or in any other way. In case of suspicion of abuse related to the above, we will ban the angler from the lake and revoke their valid ticket.

The Derítő Lake snack bar is not a “pub”. We do not allow behavior that is considered ordinary in a pub, families and children are also present here, their peace is much more important to us than the unlimited sale of alcohol.
NO EVENTS AND LOUD ACTIVITIES CAN BE HELD ON THE PRIVATE PROPERTY EVEN IN THE CASE OF CABIN RENTAL, OPERATION IMMEDIATELY CALLS FOR THE GUEST AND THEIR COMPANY TO LEAVE, EVERYONE STAYING ON THE PROPERTY MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE WITHOUT CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION!

Cabins can be rented on weekdays for a minimum of 24 hours, on weekends for a minimum of 48 hours (or longer, of course)!

DEDICATED WEATHER STATION AT DERÍTŐ LAKE

The cabins have a refrigerator, heating, and cooking facilities. Warm blankets, bed linen, blankets, towels, and toilet paper are not provided, so everyone needs to take care of these themselves! The owners of the cabins have had enough of the high degree of disrespect shown by a small fraction of guests, a large part of the dishes in the cabins are stolen or destroyed, thrown away, causing a continuously returning financial damage, which the cabin owners apologize for but will not finance in the future. Please, if you intend to bake or cook, bring your own pot or appropriate pan.
The water in the cabins is only suitable for bathing, not for consumption.
Never throw wet wipes into the toilet because the sewage generated in the cabins is pumped out and the pumps cannot grind the cloth and fabric, they get stuck and break down, will not work anymore, and sewage flows back into the house.
Connecting a device used for charging electric cars to the electrical system of the cabins, charging an electric car from the cabin’s system is FORBIDDEN! In the future, a VIP parking will be established with a specified parking hourly rate, where a charging station is also available, usable during parking.

The importance of adhering to the arrival times stated at booking
Adhering to the arrival time discussed during the booking is important because the Guests booking the same cabin after your booking calculate with the arrival time that the previous tenants, i.e., you have provided as the departure time.
For example, if you book over the phone in early March for a later date in July, specify a 9.00 AM arrival and 9.00 AM departure for the cabin, we will accordingly record your cabin booking with these details and work with them going forward. However, if in July, you deviate from the booking details and do not occupy the cabin at 9.00 AM on the day of arrival but at 1.00 PM, it is very likely that you will not be able to stay in the cabin until 1.00 PM because our Colleagues have taken further bookings for the cabins according to the details discussed during booking, after recording your booking and providing booking details.
If there is no time conflict, of course, you have the opportunity to spend, contrary to the preliminary booking details, e.g., 48 hours on the cabin related to the actual arrival time.
Fishing licenses can only be paid in cash, the fee for cabins that can be paid with an SZÉP card is possible to be paid with an SZÉP card (19/A, 19/B, 23/A, and 23/B double cabin, 38, 38/A, 24, 105, 106, 107)! Cabins and tickets must be paid upon arrival at the Snack Bar.
Accommodation for our guests can be provided in the fishing piers’ cabins on the water. Swimming in the lake and littering on the premises are FORBIDDEN! The lake is a protected nature conservation and international bird protection area, please also protect it! The equipment and size of the cabins vary. Outside the season, most of the cabins are still available, winter rates are higher. Only a few cabins are winterized, only a few cabins can be rented when the weather turns cold, and we winterize the area.
In case of CANCELLATION:
Please, if you cannot come, kindly cancel the cabin booking via SMS at least 1 week before the planned arrival day. If the booking is not cancelled in time, we cannot accept another booking from that person for the current year and will immediately cancel all bookings made for that year.

Use of the area… or we only issue cabins for fishing
The entire area of Derítő Lake is private property, its utilization is primarily for fishing. The entire area has its own regulations and rule system, use can only occur with knowledge and acceptance of these. Some of the cabins around the lake have a “FREE PIER” sign, this sign only provides temporary use of the piers for those with a valid day ticket (also only for the duration of fishing).
Certain parts of the private property can only be used by those with a valid day ticket or a supporter ticket contributing to the lake’s stocking program.

When booking a cabin, the Lessor undertakes that they will not accept another booking for the same cabin for the same period, reserves the cabin for the Lessee. Upon taking over the cabin, the Lessee guarantees that they have become acquainted with and accepted the private property’s behavior and fishing regulations, considers them mandatory for themselves and their company. In case of breach of the regulations contained in the fishing order, upon the Operation’s request, they must leave the property orderly and quietly immediately, if necessary, the Operation may request law enforcement intervention.
The Lessee is aware and accepts that they cannot expect compensation for any financial loss resulting from a ban due to breach of behavior and fishing norms, house and fishing ticket fees will not be refunded.
The area of Derítő Lake allows setting up two-three-person tents (for fishing purposes and only for its duration) free of charge. Setting up larger tents, event tents, holding larger events, gatherings that go beyond the rented, booked, or owned cabin’s area (our community areas, areas behind the cabins), are all subject to permission. Inquire about the possibility and conditions of such use at the Operation in advance.

Pets on the premises
Derítő Lake is a dog-friendly private property, where four-legged friends can accompany their owners for rest and relaxation for an extra fee (1500 HUF / pet / night). Accordingly, we warmly welcome your four-legged friends on our premises.
However, we must also consider those Guests who are not so open to pets, and/or are disturbed by the dogs’ behavior.
Please carefully read and adhere to the following regulations to ensure that the time spent at Derítő Lake can provide perfect and undisturbed relaxation for all our Guests.
Small and medium-sized, house-trained, well-groomed dogs can be brought into our cabins for an extra fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept large dogs.
It is forbidden to bring shedding dogs into the cabins.
The dog surcharge does not cover the cleaning or repair of pollution or damage possibly caused by the dog in the cabins. In case extra cleaning or repair is necessary, the management of Derítő Lake may charge an additional fee.
Dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms – or anywhere else!
If other Guests complain about the behavior of the dog, the management of Derítő Lake will warn the dog’s owner. In case of repeated unsuccessful requests, we will ask the Guest to immediately leave Derítő Lake with their dog.
Only a person capable of controlling the animal can supervise the dog.
The dog owner is obliged to provide a flea collar or other protection against parasites.
The dog owner is obliged to bring the animal’s vaccination book to be able to prove the presence of mandatory vaccinations if necessary.
Foreign owners must keep the dog’s pet passport with them.
Dogs on the premises of Derítő Lake must be kept on a leash.
Aggressive dogs cannot be brought onto the private property. Aggressively behaving dogs can be banned from the entire area of Derítő Lake with immediate effect.
The dog owner is obliged to pick up dog waste without request if the dog defecates in a community area or anywhere where Guests walk (also in forested areas).
A continuously barking dog can greatly disturb other guests, therefore such a dog can be banned from the private property.
Dogs can be taken to the communal areas of Derítő Lake – while adhering to social rules, but dogs are not allowed to enter the area of the Snack Bar.
Dogs are not allowed to be brought onto the built pier. They should not be taken to the opposite side of the Snack Bar through the pier!
Dogs should not be excluded from the cabins’ piers for an extended period.
Dogs should not be bathed in the rooms’ bathtubs or showers.
Dogs cannot use the beds, furniture in the rooms.
The above Regulations apply to all pets that our Guests intend to bring into the private property of Derítő Lake.
